Both teams scored a goal in each half and Gettysburg had a chance for the game-winner late but instead finished with a 2-all draw at Swarthmore.
THE LEADERS

Finn Hoefer (New York City, N.Y./Grace Church School) led the Bullets with a goal and an assist.
FOR THE FOES
• Kaden Cho led the Garnet with a goal and an assist.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Kaden Cho needed just a little more than two minutes to find the back of the net and stake Swarthmore to a 1-0 lead.
Ean Malay (Exeter, N.H./Exeter) then centered a pass to
Finn Hoefer, who finished into the right side to tie the game in the 20th minute.
• It was
Cameron Linnington (Ridgewood, N.J./Ridgewood) who wasted no time to find the back of the net in the second half. He took a cross from Hoefer and finished just 55 seconds after halftime for a 2-1 lead. Len Yamabe got the game back even in the 82nd minute, taking a quick touch pass in the box and finishing. Gettysburg had an opportunity for a counter in the final 15 seconds of the game but sent the shot attempt high.

Sean Kennedy (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson) made six saves in goal.
• Swarthmore had a 17-12 advantage in shots and 6-3 edge in corner kicks.
