THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg finished first with 232 points to win Mason-Dixon Invitational.

THE LEADERS
  • Olivia Taylor (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y., Hendrick Hudson) led the Bullets with a third place finish in the pole vault with a Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying height of 3.06 meters which ranks second in program history and sets a new personal-best for Taylor.
  • Lillian Boudreau (Adams, Mass., Hoosac Valley) placed first in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal-best and CC-qualifying time of 1:04.52 which ranks third in program history.
  • Georgia Mercer (Elkton, Md., Rising Sun) came in first in the long jump with personal-best and CC-qualifying leap of 4.67 meters. She also finished third in the high jump with another personal-best and CC-qualifying leap of 1.36 meters and competed in the 200 placing fourth with a time of 29.71 seconds.
  • Lauren DiOttavio (West Chester, Pa., Downingtown West) competed in the 100 finishing first with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 13.21 seconds.
  • Camryn Rogers (Pittsburgh, Pa., Plum) finished first in the 400 with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 1:01.80.
  • Caroline Gensinger (Cream Ridge, N.J., Allentown) had two first place finishes in the shot put and hammer earning two season-best and CC-qualifying throws of 10.83 meters (shot put) and 41.95 meters (hammer). She also finished second in discus with a season-best and CC-qualifying toss of 32.73 meters.
FOR THE FOES
  • Marymount (Va.) finished second with 129 points while PSU-Schuylkill came in third with 58 points.
THE REST OF THE STORY
  • Rowe Crawford (Swarthmore, Pa., Strath Haven) finished first in the 800 with a CC-qualifying time of 2:23.50.  
  • Carys Cook (Wimberley, Texas, Lauralton Hall) placed first in the steeplechase with a CC-qualifying time of 11:45.40. She also finished fourth in the 100 with a season-best time of 16.03 meters.
  • Elyse Tancini (Collegeville, Pa., Perkiomen Valley) came in first in the 5,000 with a CC-qualifying time of 19:08.14.
  • Eliza Hoover (Mahwah, N.J., Academy of the Holy Angels) placed second in the 400 with a personal-best and CC-qualifying time of 1:02.25.
  • Ava Crawford (Swarthmore, Pa., Strath Haven) came in second in the 800 with a personal-best and CC-qualifying time of 2:23.99.
  • Theresa Ditri (Huntingdon Valley, Pa., William Tennent) competed in the 400-meter hurdles finishing second with a personal-best and CC-qualifying time of 1:12.20.
  • Julia Brock (Moorestown, N.J., Moorestown) placed third in the 800 with a personal-best and CC-qualifying time of 2:24.36.
  • Ashlyn Miller (Martinsburg, W.Va., Martinsburg) came in fourth in the hammer with a personal-best and CC-qualifying toss of 33.32 meters. She also competed in the shot put and discus finishing sixth in shot put with a throw of 9.22 meters and ninth in discus with a personal-best toss of 25.90 meters.
  • Kailey Schissler (Pasadena, Md., Chesapeake) finished first in the high jump with a season-best and CC-qualifying jump of 1.46 meters. She also finished second in the 200 with a season-best 28.38 seconds.
  • Lea Del Grippo (Cinnaminson, N.J., Cinnaminson) placed fourth in the shot put with season-best and CC-qualifying throw of 9.37 meters. She also competed in discus placing third with a CC-qualifying toss of 32.48 meters.
  • Franny Proto (Old Tappan, N.J., Northern Valley Regional at Old Tappan) came in second in the steeplechase with a CC-qualifying time of 11:57.15.
  • Bethany Rolley (Huntingdon, Pa., Huntingdon Area) competed in the pole vault finishing second with a CC-qualifying vault of 3.21 meters.
THE INSIDE STORY
  • Ainsley Kilbreth (Nottingham, N.H., Coe-Brown Northwood Academy) placed eighth in discus with a personal-best toss of 26.07 meters and finished ninthin javelin with another personal-best of 21.18 meters.
  • Schissler, Boudreau, Rogers, and DiOttavio combined to finish first in the 4x100 relay with a season-best time of 50.14 seconds.
  • Rogers, Ditri, Bella Yardeni (Port Washington, N.Y., Paul D. Schreiber), and Hoover placed first in the 4x400 relay with a season-best time of 4:16.38.
  • Proto, Brock, A. Crawford, and R. Crawford came in second in the 4x400 relay with a season-best time of 4:32.67.
