THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg had two sub-par back nines on the final day to pull away from Franklin & Marshall at the 2025 Centennial Conference championship and claim its fifth conference title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Div. III championship. The Bullets were the only team to break 300 in all three rounds on a windy weekend at Waynesboro Country Club.
THE LEADERS

Patrick Kilcoyne (Belmont, Mass./Belmont) added an individual crown to the team title with a conference record-tying 54-hole score of 212. He bookended the weekend with rounds of 70 around an even-par 72. His back nine on Sunday included a pair of eagles in a three-hole stretch. Kilcoyne is the 10th Gettysburg player to win the individual crown and made it back-to-back Bullets to claim the title after
Daniel Suter won the 2024 championship at Waynesboro.
FOR THE FOES
• Franklin & Marshall, which had won the last four titles, finished second with a three-day total of 892 (294-291-307).
THE REST OF THE STORY

Daniel Suter (Gaithersburg, Md./Milton Academy) finished third in the field with a 54-hole score of 215. He turned in a tournament-low round of 68 on Sunday that included a three-under par 33 on the front nine. Suter's weekend started with a round of 74 on Friday and posted a round of 73 on Saturday.

Daniel Casanta (Southbury, Conn./Pomperaug) finished 13th overall with a total score of 228. He started with a one-under par 71 on Friday before carding a round of 76 on Saturday and 81 on Sunday.

Myles Cunningham (Winnetka, Ill./New Trier) placed 18th in the field with a score of 232. His best round also came over the first 18 with a round of 75 before posting a round of 77 in the second round and 80 in the final round.

Christian Deussing (Doylestown, Pa./Hun School of Princeton [N.J.]) rounded out the Gettysburg competitors in 20th place with a score of 234. He posted an even-par 72 on Friday before finishing out the weekend with rounds of 79 and 83, respectively.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg trailed Swarthmore by one stroke after the first day, posting a round of 287 over the first 18 holes. Franklin & Marshall had the low round of the weekend on Saturday and forged a tie with the Bullets atop the standings after 36 holes at 585. Gettysburg then posted the low round by one stroke over McDaniel on Sunday with a score of 299. The 54-hole total of 884 ties the Bullets' lowest score at the championship with the 2023 total.
