LANCASTER, Pa. – Gettysburg had 109 spring student-athletes named to the Centennial Conference (CC) Academic Honor Roll, which was released recently.
Among those 109 student-athletes, 15 were also tabbed to the Academic All-Centennial team.
Mikey Fellman (Rockville, Md./Thomas S. Wootton), a senior on the men's tennis team, and
Sarah Guistwite (Carlisle, Pa./Wilson Hill Academy), a senior on the women's tennis team, were named the Scholar-Athlete of the Year in their respective sport for the top GPA among all Academic All-Centennial selections. Guistwite and Fellman both earned first-team all-conference honors while Fellman added second-team honors.
Jack Burke (Montclair, N.J./Montclair), a senior on the baseball team, earned first-team all-conference honors.
Daniel Suter (Gaithersburg, Md./Milton Academy), a senior on the men's golf team, earned first-team all-conference honors and was named conference Golfer of the Year.
Will Hedley (Charlotte, N.C./The Hotchkiss School [Conn.]), a junior on the men's lacrosse team, earned first-team all-conference honors.
Andy Marquet (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga), a senior on the men's lacrosse team, earned first-team all-conference honors.
Julia Daly (McLean, Va./Langley), a junior on the women's lacrosse team, earned first-team all-conference honors.
Lily Macatee (Street, Md./North Harford), a senior on the women's lacrosse team, earned first-team all-conference honors and was named Defensive Player of the Year.
Audrey Bergan (Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Calif./La Jolla Country Day School), a sophomore on the softball team, earned first-team all-conference honors.
Morgan DeFreitas (Coatesville, Pa./Downingtown West), a junior on the softball team, earned honorable mention all-conference honors.
Paige Forry (Reading, Pa./Schuylkill Valley), a senior on the softball team, earned first-team all-conference honors and was named Pitcher of the Year.
Anika Pelekis (Ridgewood, N.J./Ridgewood), a sophomore on the softball team, earned second-team all-conference honors.
Adam Contract (Westfield, N.J./Westfield), a junior on the men's tennis team, earned second-team all-conference honors.
Tyler Trout (Chester Springs, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), a sophomore on the men's outdoor track and field team, earned honorable mention all-conference honors.
Lillian Boudreau (Adams, Mass./Hoosac Valley), a junior on the women's outdoor track and field team, earned first-team all-conference honors.
The Academic All-Centennial team recognizes student-athletes who receive both all-conference and Academic Honor Roll honors.
To be nominated for the honor roll, a student-athlete must be of sophomore standing or higher and have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.40. The honored Bullets student-athletes are:
