Jane Daiutolo (Wayne, Pa./Radnor) helped Gettysburg jump out to an early 1-0 lead. In just the fourth minute,
Stephanie Balerna (Pennington, N.J./Pennington School) sent a ball up that Daiutolo fired from the top-right side of the box. Her shot caromed off the post and found the back of the net.
• A penalty kick in the 72nd minute by Sara Bean tied the game at 1-all. Gettysburg had a pair of quality looks for the go-ahead tally after the equalizer but sent both attempts just off frame.

• Gettysburg finished with a 15-7 advantage in shots while both teams were awarded three corner kicks.
