- Matt Porreca (Blue Bell, Pa., La Salle College) led the Bullets with one set win at No. 5 singles forcing the third set before ultimately falling 10-5.
- Teo Burgess (Rockville, Md., Wheaton) put up an effort in his second set, after a 6-0 set one, earning six game wins before dropping the tiebreaker 8-6 at first singles.
FOR THE FOES
- Decklan Rayner led Methodist as one half of the duo that blanked the Bullets at second doubles and taking the win at No. 4 singles with the least amount of game losses at 6-1, 6-3.
THE REST OF THE STORY
- Connor McPartland (Furlong, Pa., Central Bucks East) won six games across two sets at second singles before falling 7-5, 6-1.Â
- Ben O'Connor-Skloot (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., Dobbs Ferry) had four game wins in set two at No. 3 singles however, Aaron Zoubek of Methodist secured the win 6-2, 6-4. Â
