KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the recipients of the 2025-26 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award and NABC Honors Court and Gettysburg was among those honored on Wednesday.
The Bullets were one of more than 400 programs to receive the NABC Team Academic Excellent Award, including seven of the 10 Centennial Conference men's basketball teams. The honor recognizes those teams that completed the 2025-26 academic year with a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Gettysburg also had six individual players among more than 2,400 men's basketball student-athletes across the nation named to the NABC Honors Court. The Honors Court includes juniors, seniors, and graduate students who finished the academic year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Recent graduates
Aidan Mess (Brookeville, Md./Mt. St. Joseph), a computer science major, and
Malachi Briscoe (California, Md./St. Mary's Ryken), a business, organizations and management major, and rising seniors
Filip Puzic (Belgrade, Serbia/Western Reserve Academy [Ohio]), a business, organizations and management and mathematical economics dual major, and
Ray Zamloot (Caldwell, N.J./James Caldwell), a mathematical economics major, were the four Bullets players named to the Honors Court.
