• In 2018, Fifle was named Bucks County Courier Times Player of the Year, All-State Pennsylvania, Regional All-America, and All-Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL)
• Honored in 2017 and 2018 by being named BAL Most Valuable Player
• Member of the squad that was a six-time champion of the Pennsylvania State Cup
