One of the Bullets most experienced athletes and strong 200-400 runner… Has helped two relay teams earn conference medals.

2009-10: Competed in the 400, 4x100 relay, and 4x400 relay at Centennial Conference Championship…Took eighth in the 400 helped 4x400 finish fourth…Indoors, was the Bullets second-fastest runner in the 400 and third in the 200…Placed eighth in the 400 at the CC Championship and helped 4x200 relay finish fourth.

2008-09: Outdoors, ran Bullets best time in the 400 (1:01.38, PR)… Placed fourth in the 400 at the Centennial Conference Championships, where she helped the 4x400 relay team earn the bronze…Finished second in the 200 and third in the 400 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Placed fourth in the 400 and seventh in the 200 at the Susquehanna Jim Taylor Invitational…Won the 400 and placed third in the 200 at the Little Three Meet…Indoors, clocked team’s fastest time in the 400 (1:02.55)… Placed sixth in the 400 at the CC meet, where she helped 4x400 team take third…Sixth in the 200 and seventh in the 55 at the Dickinson Invitational.

2007-08: Outdoors, ran team’s second-best times in the 100 (13.32, PR) and the 200 (27.70, PR)…Won the 200 and was second in the 100 in a quad meet…Eighth in the 200 at the Towson Invitational…Indoors, clocked Bullets second-best time in the 200 (28.27)…Ran on 4x200 team that qualified for the ECAC Championships…Fourth in the 400 at the Dickinson Invitational.

High School: A three-sport athlete at Mechanicsburg H.S., competing in cross country, basketball, and track & field...Was a guard on the basketball court and a sprinter in track...Served as a team captain.

Personal: Born Dec. 18, 1988...Daughter of Robert and Catherine Murphy...Father competed in track & field at Indiana University of Pennsylvania...A health sciences major.
