Biography

One of the Bullets top long-distance runners…Coming off a strong cross country season.

2009-10: Placed 11th in the 10,000 (32:56) and 19th in the 5,000 (16:17) at the CC Championship, clocking a PR in the 10K…Ran a season-best 15:56 in the 5K…Indoors, took 11th in the 5,000 (16:05) at the conference championship.

2008-09: Studied abroad.

2007-08: Was injured for most of outdoors, but ran best times of 16:10 in the 5K and 34:01 in the 10K early in the season…Indoors, finished 16th at the conference meet in the 5K (16:07).

High School: Ran cross country and track & field at Don Bosco Preparatory School...Earned all-league and all-county recognition in cross country while serving as a team captain...Ran both the Philadelphia Marathon and the Boston Marathon, finishing in times of 3:11:23 and 3:05:37, respectively.

Personal: Born April 3, 1989...Son of James and Virginia O'Neill...A mathematics major.
