A key part of the Bullets talented middle distance corps…Owns the school record in the indoor 1,000 (2:38.47) and is eighth in school history in the indoor 800 (1:58.34)…Also a member of the 4x800-meter relay teams that rank among the top-three in school history...Serving as a team captain.
2013 Indoor: Missed much of the season due to illness…Competed on both the distance medley relay and the 4x800-meter relay at the Centennial Conference Championships. 2013 Outdoor: Was the team’s second-fastest runner for the season in the 800 (1:58.09) and the mile (4:32.35) and was third in the 1,500 (4:09.61)…At the Centennial Conference Championships, ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that earned the bronze…Finished third in the mile at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Classic…Also took fourth in the 800 at the Messiah Invitational.
2012 Indoor: Posted the team’s top time for the season in the 800 (1:58.34)…Ran on the 4x800 team that placed fourth at the Centennial Conference Championships with the third-best time in school history (8:03.48).
2012 Outdoor: Finished with the team’s second-best time in the 800 (1:56.12) and third-best mark in the 1,500 (4:10.74)…Finished ninth in the 800 at the Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships, where he also helped the 4x800 relay team capture the silver with the second-best time in school history (7:47.93).
2011 Indoor: Ran personal best times of 2:07.03 in the 800m and 4:47.03 in the mile.
2011 Outdoor: Finished with the team’s third-best times in the 800 (2:05.88) and 1,500 (4:22.69)…Ran on the 4x800-meter relay team that placed sixth at the outdoor and indoor Centennial Conference Championships …Placed sixth in the 800 at the Little Three Meet.
High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Rumson-Fair Haven H.S….Helped set school records in the indoor distance medley relay, 4x800 relay, and 4x400 relay…Named outstanding freshman and sophomore as well as most dedicated in track…Ran personal-bests of 1:57.8 in the 800 and 4:30 in the 1600.
