2015 Indoor: Finished with the team’s top times for the season in the 5,000 (15:49.91), 3,000-meter run (9:07.44) and the second-best mark in the mile (4:32.20).
2015 Outdoor: Enjoyed a breakthrough season…Captured the silver in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Centennial Conference Championships to capture Second Team All-Conference honors…Ran the fastest steeplechase time by a Gettysburg runner since 1977…His steeple PR of 9:21.94 ranks him second in school history…Also placed 15th in the 5,000 at the CC Championship and finished with the team’s fastest time of the season of 15:13.02 – a mark that ranks him fourth in school history…Won the steeple at the Mason-Dixon Invitational…Placed third in the 5,000 at the Millersville Metrics.
2014 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Centennial Conference Championship, placing 30th…Ran the team’s fastest time of the year in the 3,000 (9:11.23)…Also competed in the 5,000 and the mile, finishing with personal season-best times of 17:30.83 and 4:42.57, respectively.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Centennial Conference Championship, placing 13th…Posted the team’s top time for the season in the steeplechase (10:08.16) and the third-best mark in the 5,000 (16:07.97)...Won the steeplechase at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Finished second in the same event at the Little Three Meet…Placed third in the 5,000 at the Elizabethtown Invitational.
2013 Indoor: Finished with the team’s third-best time for the season in the 5,000-meter run (16:44.62) and fourth-best mark in the 3,000-meter run (9:42.01).
2013 Outdoor: Competed in the steeplechase at the Centennial Conference Championships, placing 16th…Took fifth in the steeplechase at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Posted the team’s fastest time for the season in the steeple (10:33.50) and third-best time in the 5,000 (16:20.78).
High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Coatesville H.S. under head coaches Keith Andrew (XC) and Damien Henry (track)…A state qualifier and a PIAA District I AAAA medalist in cross country…An all-league performer and a team captain.
