2013 Indoor: Competed primarily in the mile and finished with personal season-best times of 5:46.21 in the mile and 3:24.57 in the 1,000-meter run. 2013 Outdoor: Posted personal season-best times of 26.82 in the 200-meter dash, 59.80 in the 400-meter dash, 2:27.05 in the 800-meter run, 5:06.24 in the 1,500-meter run, and 11:24.35 in the 3,000-meter run.

High School: Competed in cross country and track & field at Red Hook Central H.S. under head coach Greg Rafferty…A member of the National Honor Society…Has a black belt in karate.

Family Connections: Uncle, Greg Pinchbeck, competed for the swimming team at Gettysburg and graduated in 1990.

Major: History. Minor: Civil War Era Studies.
