A strong middle-distance runner…Indoors, ranks fourth in school history in the 800-meter run (1:57.06) and third in the 4x800-meter relay (8:03.10)…Outdoors, ranks second in school history in the 4x800 relay (7:47.93)…Serving as a team captain.

2014 Indoor: Missed the season due to injury. 2014 Outdoor: Missed most of the season due to injury, but came back to place 19th in the 400-meter dash at the Centennial Conference Championship…Also ran on the 4x400-meter relay at the conference meet.

2013 Indoor: Captured the bronze in 800 at the Centennial Conference Championships…Finished with the team’s second-fastest time of the year in the same event (1:57.06)…Placed fourth in the 800 at the Susquehanna Invitational seventh at the Delaware Invitational. 2013 Outdoor: Ran on the 4x800 relay team that earned the bronze at the Centennial Conference Championships…Posted the Bullets’ top time for the season in the 1,500 (4:06.98) and was third in the 800 (1:58.96)…In the 800, finished seventh at the Messiah Invitational and eighth at the Millersville Metrics…Placed sixth in the 1,500 at the Messiah Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Finished with Gettysburg’s third-best times in the 400 (54.99) and 800 (1:59.12)…At the Centennial Conference Championships, ran the anchor leg of the 4x800 relay team that placed fourth. 2012 Outdoor: Posted the team’s top time of the season in the mile (4:32.74), was second among the Bullets in the 1,500 (4:07.74), and was fifth in the 800 (1:58.92)…At the Centennial Conference Championships, ran on the 4x800 relay team that captured the silver...Also placed 17th in the 1,500.

High School: Ran cross country, indoor, and outdoor track & field at Oceanside H.S….Was a three-time all-county, six-time all-conference, and six-time all-division honoree…Served as a team captain…Earned a trip to the state championships in both cross country and indoor track in 2010…Was the Nassau County runner-up in the mile.
