2015 Indoor: Finished with the team’s second-best time for the season in both the 5,000-meter run (16:07.46) and 3,000-meter run (9:10.11)…Also ran 4:55.10 in the mile.2015 Outdoor: Placed 13th in the 5,000 and 14th in the 10,000 at the Centennial Conference Championship…Took second in the 10K at the Millersville Metrics…Posted the team’s top time for the season in the 10K (32:53.28) and second-best mark in the 5K (15:26.32)…Also ran 4:36.99 in the mile and 8:52.75 in the 3,000.
 
2014 Indoor-Outdoor: Studied abroad in Argentina.

High School: A three-sport athlete who competed in cross country, basketball, and tennis at Conestoga Valley H.S….A two-time honorable mention all-conference selection in cross country under head coach Mike Craighead…Cross country team co-MVP…Served as a team captain in all three sports…Won his team’s Sportsmanship Award in tennis…Received the National Army Scholar-Athlete Award, the Upper Leacock Heart of the Class of 2012 Award, and the E. Jerry Brooks Academic Excellence in Sports Award.
