One of the team’s most experienced distance runners...Served as a cross country team captain in the fall.

2013 Indoor: Posted personal season-best times of 16:57 in the 5,000-meter run, 4:53.07 in the mile, and 2:13.08 in the 800-meter run. 2013 Outdoor: Competed in the 10,000-meter run at the Centennial Conference Championships, placing 22nd… Placed fifth in the 5,000 at the Susquehanna Classic and seventh in the 10,000 at the Shippensburg Invitational…Finished with personal season-best times of 16:11 in the 5,000, 34:55 in the 10,000, 4:24.37 in the 1,500, and 2:12.84 in the 800…Was the team’s second-fastest 5,000 runner for the season.

2012 Indoor: Finished with Gettysburg’s second-best time in the 5,000 (16:51.22)…Also ran 4:48.98 in the mile. 2012 Outdoor: Ran the team’s second-fastest times in both the 5,000 (16:47.11) and 10,000 (34:35.68)…Also ran 4:25.14 in the 1,500 and 4:57.16 in the mile…Placed 22nd in the 10K at the Centennial Conference Championships.

2011 Indoor: Ran a personal best time of 9:46.02 in the 3000m run at the Haverford Seamus McElligot Invitational…Finishing in second, ran a personal best time of 16:46.22 in the 5000m run at the Dickinson Invitational. 2011 Outdoor: Ran a season best at the Messiah Invitational in the 5000m run with a time of 17:57.08…Finishing in fourth, ran a season best time of 36:35.44 in the 10,000m run.

High School: Competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track & field at New Milford H.S....Earn all-conference honors...Was an Eagle Scout...Served as secretary of the National Honor Society...Was also a member of the French Honor Society.

Family Connections: Younger brother, Noah, is also a member of Gettysburg’s cross country and track & field teams.
