2015 Indoor: Placed third in the shot put at the Centennial Conference Championship to earn honorable mention all-conference honors…Finished with the team’s top throw of the season (45-3 1/2) in the shot put. 2015 Outdoor: Enjoyed a breakthrough season, adding over 16 feet to the school record in the discus…Tied or broke the Gettysburg discus standard three times…Threw a season-best 172-6 at the Penn Relays, where he also broke the Centennial Conference record…Placed 16th in the discus at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships…Won the Centennial Conference discus title to capture first-team all-conference honors…Also captured the bronze in the shot put to earn All-CC honorable mention…Also won the discus at the Little Three Meet, the Messiah Invitational, and the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Finished with the team’s best of the season (44-6 3/4) in the shot put.

2014 Indoor: Finished fifth in the shot put at the Centennial Conference Championship…Posted the team’s top mark for the season in the shot (41-1 3/4). 2014 Outdoor: Earned his second career Centennial Conference medal, capturing the silver in the discus…Also competed in the javelin at the conference meet, placing 18th…Finished with the team’s top marks for the season in the discus (147-1) and shot put (37-4) and third-best distance in the javelin (141-1).

2013 Indoor: Finished with the team’s top mark for the season in the shot put (38-4 1/4)…Also competed in the heptathlon. 2013 Outdoor: Earned the bronze in the discus at the Centennial Conference Championships…Posted the team’s second-best mark of the year in the discus (139-9) and was third in the shot put (35-3)…Also competed in the javelin, long jump, and 100-meter dash…Placed fourth in the discus at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational.

High School: A three-sport athlete at The Blake School, competing in football, basketball, and track & field…Was a wide receiver in football for head coach John Coatta, a shooting guard in basketball under head coach Nick Rathmann, and a sprinter/thrower in track for head coach Keith Clark…Earned all-conference and all-state honors while serving as a team captain…Won the Chubb Bettles Scholar Athlete Award.

Family Connections: Father, Paul, competed in soccer and track & field at Tuskegee University from 1992-96.
