The Winters File: Coming off a strong season in his first year as a starting defensive end…Will vie for a starting position once again.

2013: Played in all 10 games and made seven starts…Made his mark as the team’s top pass-rusher, leading the Bullets with 8.5 sacks…Finished sixth on the team with 59 tackles, including 11.5 for loss…Made a career-high 11 tackles, including 2.0 for loss and one sack, in a victory over Dickinson…Also notched 10 tackles, including 2.0 sacks and a fumble recovery, at Franklin & Marshall…Dealt a career-high eight hits, including a career-high 2.5 sacks, in a win at McDaniel…Also made eight tackles and 2.0 sacks in a victory over Susquehanna.

2012: Played in nine games, primarily on special teams…Finished with seven tackles, including 1.5 for loss, and 0.5 sacks…Made two tackles and a half sack against Misericordia…Also registered two hits versus Moravian.

2011: Played in two games for the season, finishing with two tackles, including 1.5 for loss…Made his collegiate debut in a win at Juniata…Also appeared versus Johns Hopkins.

High School: Competed in football and wrestling at Mountain Ridge H.S.…Earned all-area and all-state recognition…Was named an area Defensive Player of the Year by the Cumberland Times News…Set a school record for most tackles.
