Biography

A returning distance runner who also competes for the cross country team…One of the team’s most experienced athletes.
 
2014 Indoor/Outdoor: Did not compete, spending the semester studying abroad.

2012 Indoor: Ran personal season-best times of 6:24.66 in the mile, 12:33.39 in the 3,000, and 21:57.68 in the 5,000. 2012 Outdoor: Finished with personal season-best times of 2:38.16 in the 800, 5:30.53 in the 1,500, and 21:35.42 in the 5,000.

High School: Ran cross country, indoor, and outdoor track & field at Archbishop Prendergast H.S….Named All-County and served as a team captain…A member of the National Honor Society and an AP Scholar…Was the Upper Darby Rotary Club Scholar of the Year…Member of the American Chemistry Society…Had 12 years of perfect attendance.

Family Connections: Brother, Andrew Golato, was a member of the cross country and track & field teams at Haverford College.

Majors: Sociology, Public Policy.
