Tonight's game marks the 23rd meeting between Gettysburg (5-0-1, 1-0 CC) and Swarthmore (5-2, 0-1 CC) in a series that dates back to 1998. The Bullets lead the all-time series 12-9-1, including a 2-1 overtime win at Swarthmore in the opening round of the Centennial Conference tournament last fall. Prior to that, the Garnet had won three in a row.

WHEN LAST WE MET: Jack Carroll scored the game-winning goal in the 93rd minute to lift fifth-seeded Gettysburg to a 2-1 overtime win at fourth-seeded Swarthmore in the first round of the CC tournament. LAST TIME OUT: Gettysburg, fresh off a No. 23 ranking in the latest United Soccer Coaches poll, battled Stevenson to a close 3-2 game that maintained the unbeaten record. Connor Fife found the back of the net first for the Bullets off a penalty kick. Aidan Muller contributed a goal for the Bullets in both halves of play. NO. 23 WITH A BULLET: Gettysburg moved into the United Soccer Coaches' Division III national poll on Tuesday, debuting at the 23rd spot. It marked the first time the Bullets have found themselves in the coaches' association national poll since September 2015. Gettysburg is also third in the Region V poll. The Bullets are off to the best start to a season since opening 2015 with a 7-0-1 mark.

JACK OF ALL TRADES: Jack Carroll enters the weekend second in the conference with four goals this season. He is one of four Gettysburg players with three or more tallies in the first six games of the year. Connor Fife, Athi Msiza and Aidan Muller each have three goals. Msiza and Muller also have two assists each.

LAST TIME OUT: Swarthmore took down Eastern on Tuesday by a score of 1-0. The Garnet's goal came from senior Bless Tumushabe and was one thirteen shots put up. Defensively, Swarthmore shutout the Eagles, with senior goalkeeper Max Kral facing 13 shots and notching four saves.  (Full Recap) (Box Score)

SPREAD THE LOVE: Swarthmore has had eight different players contributed their 12 goals this season. Only Toshiro Kenney and Brandon Cramblit have multiple goals this season. Both have found the back of the net three times. In total, 14 different players have contributed at least one point. The Garnet has 13 assists on 12 goals. The squad has more goals with double assists (2) than unassisted goals (1).
