Gettysburg College Athletics

Notes: Returning starter on the attack…Excellent speed in the open field…Has appeared in 46 games and tallied 13 goals and seven assists through first three seasons…Grandfather, Jim Schwartzburg, played football at the University of Florida in the 1950s…Cousins, Bobby and Tommy Brosnahan, played baseball and wrestled, respectively, at the University of Michigan, while cousin, Paige Schwartzburg, was a member of the U.S. Olympic Speed Skating Team.
 
2015: Started all but one game at forward... Led the team with 60 shots…Finished second on the team in goals (8), assists (6), and points (22), establishing personal highs in all three categories…Opened the season with a hat trick against York…Posted a pair of goals against Cabrini…Dished out two assists against both Swarthmore and Bryn Mawr. 
 
2014: Started all 15 games played…Tallied five points on two goals and one assist…Took 16 shots…Tallied a goal in season opener against Eastern Mennonite…Recorded game-winning goal against Bryn Mawr.
 
2013: Appeared in 14 games as a reserve forward…Finished with three goals and 11 shots…Scored first collegiate goal in debut against Eastern Mennonite…Turned in the game-winning tallies against Cabrini and Swarthmore.
 
High School: Competed in field hockey, lacrosse, and track & field at Darien High School...Member of the 2010 and 2012 FCIAC and state champion field hockey teams.
 
Major: English (Education Minor).
