• Named to Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll
• Opened season with 12th-place finish at Baltimore Metro Meet with 5K time of 17:21
• Ran a season-best 5K time a week later at Little 3, finishing 20th in a time of 16:57
• Posted season-best 8K time of 27:33.5 at Aubrey Shenk
• Also competed at Paul Short, CC Championship and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional

2023

• Placed 77th at the Galen Piper Challenge with a 6K time of 21:34.7
• Ran to 27th place at the Little Three Meet, running a 5K time of 17:31.55
• Finished 214th in the Lock Haven Invite Crimson Race with an 8K time of 28:07.8
• Took 317th place at Pre-Nationals with an 8K race of 29:36.2
• Placed 107th at the Aubrey Shenk Invite with an 8K time of 27:57.5
• Finished 72nd at CC Championships with an 8K race of 30:15.8
• Placed 140th at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional with an 8K race of 28:16.7

High School

• Competed in cross country and indoor & outdoor track and field at Westminster HS
• Made All-County in all three sports
• Two year captain in two different sports
• Earned best times of 16:59.7 in the three mile, 17:26.6 in the 5K, 2:06.11 in the 800m, and 4:38.98 in the 1600m
• Won one race and individually qualified for the Maryland State Championship
• Improved his cross country times by six minutes throughout high school
• Improved his 800m time by 26.5 seconds and his 1600m time by 65 seconds in two years
• Graduated with weighted 4.5079 GPA, 29th out of 353 in class
• Four year honor roll student and Scholastic Letter recipient, recognized by principal for high academic achievement
• NAFTrack certified and earned the employability seal of college and career readiness in finance
• L. Roland Sturm Scholar, honored by Carroll Community College for outstanding academic performance
• Held an Office Administration and Marketing internship last summer
• Served as National Honor Society treasurer and was a member of the National Academy of Finance and National Business Leaders of America Club
