2013: Competed in eight varsity races…Ran a season-best time of 28:30 at the Gettysburg Invitational…Placed 73rd at the Centennial Conference Championship.

2012: Competed in six races…Clocked a season-best time of 28:10 at the Centennial Conference Championship, where he placed 68th.

High School: Attended Marine Academy of Science and Technology but competed in cross country and track & field at Rumon-Fair Haven H.S.…Two-year cross country captain under coaches Tim McLoone and Henry Mercer…Also won his XC team’s Rookie of the Year, Most Improved, and Coaches MVP awards…Helped set an indoor school record in the 4x800-meter relay…Treasurer of the Spanish Club, Senior Patrol Leader of Boy Scout Troop 67, Assistant Director of Vacation Bible School, and Order of the Arrow Troop Representative.

Major: Biology. Minor: Environmental Studies.
