2009-10: Anchored school- and conference-record setting 4x800 meter relay team that won the outdoor conference title in 7:43.42…Finished eighth in the 800 and 13th in the 1,500…Ran a NCAA provisional-qualifying time of 1:52.36 at the College of New Jersey last chance meet…Posted a PR of 4:01.12 in the 1,500…Indoors, won the 800 (1:55.70) at the conference meet…Was also fourth in the mile…Broke the 800 school record at Bucknell, running 1:55.52.

2008-09: Outdoors, posted team’s top times in the 400-meter dash (51.54), 800-meter run (1:53.87), and 1,500-meter run (4:04.56)…All his times were career-bests…Finished fourth in the 800 and eighth in the 1,500 while helping the 4x800-meter relay team place fourth at the Centennial Conference championships…The ninth-place finisher in the 800 at the ECAC Championships...Won the 800 and 1,500 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Took third in the 1,500 at the Little Three Meet and fifth at the Shippensburg Paul Kaiser Invitational…Also placed fifth in the 800 at the Susquehanna Jim Taylor Invitational…Indoors, recorded Bullets top times in the 400 (52.39) and mile (4:24.17) and second-best time in 800 (2:01.30)…Finished seventh in the mile at the Centennial Conference championships…Ran the 400 leg of the distance medley relay squad that broke the school record in 10:29.92 at the ECAC Championships, where it placed 12th…Also helped DMR team take third at Centennial Conference meet...Won the 800 at the Ursinus Frank Colden Invitational…Was fourth in the 800 and mile at the Dickinson Invitational…Came in fifth in the 400 and seventh in the mile at the Susquehanna Open.

2007-08: Outdoors, recorded the Bullets top performance in the 1,500 (4:03.47, PR) and the second-best time in the 800 (1:56.86)…Placed fifth in the 1,500 and 10th in the 800 at the Centennial Conference Championships…Second in the 1,500 and fourth in the 800 at the Little Three Meet...Sixth in the 1,500 and seventh in the 800 at the Shippensburg Paul Kaiser Invitational…Won the 1,500 at the Gettysburg Mason-Dixon Invitational…Sixth in the 800 at the Messiah Invitational…Indoors, helped the 4x800 team set a school record (8:08.64) while placing fifth at the Centennial Conference Championships…4x800 team also took 18th at ECACs.
