After being name full-time assistant softball coach in July 2026, Yannetti was promoted to interim head coach for the 2026 season.
Yannetti is no stranger to Gettysburg softball. Returning to the staff for 2024, this is her second stint with the program. She brings national championship experience to the program. A 2019 Messiah graduate, she was part of the 2016 national runner-up squad.
Yannetti holds several collegiate accolades, including NCAA Softball Championship all-tournament team, NFCA second-team all-east region and first-team All-MAC Commonwealth. She is still one of just two pitchers in Division III history to throw at least 19 shutout innings in a single game. She tossed 19 scoreless innings in a 1-0 win over Arcadia on May 6, 2017.
In addition to a stellar collegiate career, Yannetti was also drafted in 2019 to the Professional Softball League. She played for one season professionally before starting her coaching career.
Prior to being named the Bullets’ full-time assistant coach, she was a health and physical education teacher at Red Land High School and served as the varsity head softball coach.
Over the last two seasons, she has worked with the Gettysburg team on a part-time basis, working primarily with the pitching staff. She previously worked on the Bullets’ staff in 2021.
