Waddell is a 2022 graduate of Gettysburg, where she spent three years on the softball team and was a team manager during her senior year.

She will assist with the team's offense, outfielders, and catchers.

In addition to her role as an assistant coach, Waddell is also a Wellness Coordinator for Counseling and Wellness Services at Gettysburg.
