Sefter rejoins the Bullets staff for the 2023-24 season.
A decorated high school and collegiate wrestler, he won the PIAA state championship and served as a two-year captain at State College High School. He went on to wrestle at Princeton University and was a two-time All-American, including a runner-up finish in 1978. Sefter served as team captain in both his junior and senior seasons and helped the Tigers post an undefeated season (19-0), capture the Ivy League and EIAW team championships, and finish 14th at the NCAA Division I Championship in 1978. He was also named Princeton's top scholar athlete in 1978.
Sefter's coaching career includes a stint as an assistant coach at Penn State University from 1979-82 and serving as a volunteer assistant coach at State College High School from 2013-19. He currently works as an orthopedic and spine surgeon with Wellspan Health in Gettysburg.
