Nick Turchyn

Turchyn joined the Bullets staff for the 2022 season as wide receivers coach. For his second campaign, Turchyn added Co-Offensive Coordinator to his duties in addition to his work with the receivers.

Prior to the start of the 2024 season, Turchyn was elevated to Offensive Coordinator.

Turchyn took over play calling duties late for the final three games of the 2023 season. In his first two games as offensive play caller, Gettysburg averaged 30.0 points per game and 404.0 yards per game. The Bullets put up some of the best numbers in the last six seasons with him at the helm.

He mentored Ryan McAndrew to a second-team all-conference nod during the 2023 season. McAndrew hauled in 56 catches for 839 yards, which was the third most in program history.

His offense continued to put up big numbers in 2024 behind first-team running back Michael Zrelak. The offense scored 26 or more points in five games, including opening the season with eight offensive touchdowns. Twice the offense racked up more than 600 yards in a game.

Previously, he served as an offensive senior analyst and quality control coach at Princeton since 2019. While in that positions, he helped mentor three all-conference wide receivers. He was also responsible for advanced scouting of opponents, breaking down coverages and administered the scout team's coverage script in practice.

Turchyn earned his bachelor of arts in professional studies with a minor in English from Fairfield in 2006.
