Libby swam on all five Bullet relay teams (200-medley, 400-medley, 200-freestyle, 400-freestyle, 800-freestyle) that set school records at Gettysburg's Final Fall Fast Festival. He also helped each relay team except the 400-medley squad set a Centennial Conference record, and both the 200-freestyle and 400-freestyle relays each posted an NCAA Division III Championship "B" cut time. In addition, the placed third in the individual 200-freestyle with an NCAA "B" cut and took fourth in the 100-freestyle.
