Â
The Bullets took a 2-0 lead in the third on back-to-back RBI-triples from Tom and Anderson, then went up 4-2 with a two-run fifth on the strength of consecutive sacrifice flies from Anderson and junior

Shawn Moffitt (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown East), and senior
Cory Karagjozi (Robbinsville, N.J./Robbinsville) all roped RBI-singles in the inning as the Bullets pushed their advantage to 10-5. Gettysburg was poised to extend its lead even further after Tom singled and Anderson was hit with a pitch to load the bases, but Smrz induced an inning-ending roundout.
