Gettysburg College Athletics

Today's Centennial Conference (CC) game marks the 44th all-time meeting between Gettysburg (4-7-4, 1-4-3 CC) and Ursinus (8-6-2, 1-6-1 CC) in a series that dates back to 1931. The Bullets lead the all-time series 34-7-2 and have won eight straight. The last Bears victory was a 4-1 triumph on Nov. 2, 2013.

WHEN LAST WE MET: Gettysburg broke a scoreless deadlock in the 62nd minute before adding a late insurance goal to defeat Ursinus 2-0 last season. Jack Carroll scored the first goal for the Bullets. LAST TIME OUT: Gettysburg and Lycoming each tallied a second-half goal, playing to a 1-all draw on Tuesday. Michael Sack sent a cross that was deflected by a Lycoming defender into the net for Gettysburg's lone goal of the game. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

THANK YOU, SENIORS!: Today is the final game for six Gettysburg seniors. Kevin Muhic, Gaoussou Coulibaly, Sam Majka, Nathaniel Comi-Morog, Lucas DiGiacomo and Zion Williams have been a part of teams that have posted an overall record of 26-17-11 over the last three seasons, including a 10-9-7 Centennial Conference mark and two conference tournament appearances.

FINDING THE NET: The Bears snapped their three-game losing streak with a 3-all draw against Moravian on Tuesday. Ursinus had scored just one goal during the skid and had not had a game with multiple goals since a 2-0 win at Delaware Valley on Oct. 10.
