THE LEADERS
•
Edward Kim (Weston, Conn./Weston) had his first multi-win meet, earning first place in the 400 medley relay, 200 freestyle, and 200 backstroke. He finished with a 1:45.44 in the 200 freestyle and swam a 1:55.29 in the 200 backstroke.

• John Devaney won the 50 and 100 freestyle for the Diplomats.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• The 400 Medley Relay A-Team of Kim,
Charlie Cross (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle),
Max McAlister (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy) and
Connor Booth (Wallingford, Conn./Suffield Academy) touched first, registering a swim of 3:28.77. The Gettysburg B-Team, of
Harry Nelson (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area),
Declan Sheeran (McLean, Va./McLean),
Trey Mitchell (Rehoboth Beach, Del./Sussex Academy), and
Cort Hobelmann (Nashville, Tenn./Owensboro Catholic) took third place (3:33.92).

Luke McKenna (Collegeville, Pa./Spring-Ford) and
Sam Nelson (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg Area) went 1-2 in the 1000 freestyle. McKenna registered a 10:02.37 while Nelson swam a 10:10.76.
• Hobelmann and
Harry Nelson took second and third, respectively, in the 100 backstroke. Hobelmann clocked in at 52.99 while Nelson swam a 53.89.
• Cross (58.43) and Sheeran (59.25) went 1-2 in the 100 breaststroke. Cross also took first place in the 200 breaststroke with a 2:08.15.
• McAlister and
Mason Dillon (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) were first and second, respectively, in the 200 butterfly. McAlister swam a 1:58.77 and was the only swimmer under two minutes. Dillon clocked in with a 2:01.65.

Harry Nelson,
John Verosko (Gainesville, Pa./Patriot), and
Charter Sasseville (North Yarmouth, Maine/Greely) took the top three spots in the 500 freestyle. Nelson swam a 4:53.62 and was the only swimmer under five minutes. Verosko clocked in at 5:00.21, while Sasseville swam a 5:00.88.
• McAlister won the 100 butterfly with a swim of 51.47.
• Cross (4:16.17), McKenna (4:22.82), and Dillon (4:23.33) went 1-2-3 in the 400 IM.
• The 200 Freestyle Relay A-Team, of Booth,
Lorenzo Zullo (Norwalk, Conn./Norwalk), McAlister, and Hobelmann picked up second place with a swim of 1:26.49.

THE INSIDE STORY
•
Cole Martin (Penn Laird, Va./Spotswood) and Zullo went 2-3 in the 100 freestyle with swims of 48.17 and 48.23, respectively.
•
Conor Vienneau (Newburg, Md./LaPlata) and
Jack Murphy (Potomac, Md./Winston Churchill) followed behind teammate Kim in the 200 backstroke. Vienneau swam a 1:59.26 while Murphy clocked in at 1:59.50.
• Sheeran placed third in the 200 breaststroke (2:13.41).
