THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg earned six medals, including its first individual gold since 2016, to place fifth at the 2023 Centennial Conference women's indoor track and field championship hosted by Franklin & Marshall. The Bullets finished with 54.5 points.
THE LEADERS
•
Lillian Boudreau (Adams, Mass./Hoosac Valley) won the 400 meters with a time of 58.82 seconds. The marks ranks second in program history and was the Bullets' first gold medal in the event since Joanna Silver won the title in both 2001 and 2003. She also placed 10th in the long jump with a leap of 4.87 meters.

Lily Morrell (Frederick, Md./Urbana) took the silver medal in the 200 with a time of 26.29 seconds. That came after capturing the bronze medal in the 400 earlier in the day with a time of 1:00.26. Her 200 time ranks second in program history while the 400 time ranks fourth. On Saturday, she qualified fifth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.71 seconds, which ranks third in program history. On Sunday, she finished seventh with a time of 10.39 seconds.
• On Saturday,
Caroline Gensinger (Cream Ridge, N.J./Allentown [Pa.]) earned the silver medal in the weight throw with a toss of 14.40 meters, which ranks third in program history. On Sunday, she placed 10th in the shot put with a throw of 11.01 meters, which ranks ninth in program history.

Lauren DiOttavio (Romansville, Pa./Dowingtown West),
Anna Imrie (Westport, Conn./Canterbury School), Boudreau, and
Lily Morrell (Frederick, Md./Urbana) claimed the first of two relay bronze medals on Saturday, posting a time of 1:47.74 in the 4x200. The time is second in program history, 0.44 seconds off the program record.
• On Sunday, Boudreau, Imrie,
Eliza Hoover (Mahwah, N.J./Academy of the Holy Angels), and Morrell wrapped up the championship with a program-record time of 4:05.30 in the 4x400-meter relay to claim the bronze.
FOR THE FOES:
• Johns Hopkins won its 12th straight indoor title with 291 points, outdistancing second-place Dickinson by 189 points.
THE REST OF THE STORY

Georgia Mercer (Elkton, Md./Rising Sun) finished sixth in the pentathlon with 2,102, which is 10th in program history. Her best placefinish came in the shot put with a second-place showing and throw of 9.04 meters to earn 467 points. It was also her highest scoring event among the five.

Emily Trout (Ocean View, Del./Sussex Academy), Boudreau, Hoover, and
Ava Crawford (Swarthmore, Pa./Strath Haven) placed sixth in the distance medley relay with a time of 13:12.17.

Olivia Taylor (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y./Hendrick Hudson) finished tied for seventh in the pole vault on Saturday, clearing 2.79 meters. The mark is eighth in program history.

Alexa Schauder (Cedar Knolls, N.J./Whippany Park) and
Cassidy Callahan (Fitchburg, Mass./Oakmont Regional) also cleared 2.79 meters in the pole vault. Scheuder finished ninth on jumps while Callahan was 10th
• Schauder was also 12th in the high jump on Sunday with a mark of 1.44 meters.

Franny Proto (Old Tappen, N.J./Northern Valley Regional at Old Tappen),
Emma Bernstein (Allentown, Pa./Saucon Valley),
Emily Trout (Ocean View, Del./Sussex Academy) and Crawford wrapped up Saturday's action with an eighth-place finish in the 4x800-meter relay and time of 10:32.05.

Lola Balkcom (East Greenwich, R.I./East Greenwich) just missed the finals in the 60-meter hurdles, placing ninth with a time of 10.25 seconds, which ranks 10th in program history.
THE INSIDE STORY
•
Lauren DiOttavio (Romansville, Pa./Downingtown West) finished 15th in the 60 with a time of 8.29 seconds. On Sunday, she finished 16th in the 200 with a time of 27.53 seconds.
•
Amanda Addesso (Cheshire, Conn./Cheshire) and
Carys Cook (Fairfield, Conn./Lauralton Hall) finished 11th (19:27.67) and 13th (19.39.43), respectively, in the 5000 on Saturday.
Sarah Smith (West Chester, Pa./Unionville) crossed 16th with a time of 20:18.82.
• Addesso also ran to an 11th-place finish in the 3000 on Sunday with a time of 11:07.68.
• Individually,
Eliza Hoover finished 13th in the 800 with a time of 2:25.66, which is fifth in program history.
•
Anna Imrie finished 11th in the 400 with a time of 1:03.29.
•
Giovanna Komst (Londonderry, N.H./Londonderry) placed 13th in the shot put with a toss of 10.63 meters.

Ava Crawford and
Carys Cook were 14th (5:30.70) and 15th (5:33.64), respectively, in the mile. Cook was also 25th in the 800 with a time of 2:35.96.
•
Julia Wert (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin) finished 18th in the 400 with a time of 1:07.09.
