In its final round before next weekend's conference championship, Gettysburg carded its best round of the spring to win the Dickinson Spring Invitational with a score of 338.
THE LEADERS
•
Caroline Kurtt (Denver, Colo./Clovis [Calif.]) led the Bullets with a round of 81 to finish tied for second.
FOR THE FOES
• Marymount finished two strokes behind the Bullets to place second with its round of 340.
• Franklin & Marshall's Reilly Melvin took individual medalist honors with a score of 77.
THE REST OF THE STORY
•
Mia Wilutis (Water Mill, N.Y./Southampton) finished tied for fourth overall with a round of 82.

Ava Nicole Markunas (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg Area) carded a round of 86 to place tied for sixth.
•
Abby McMonagle (Troutdale, Ore./Central Catholic) finished 11th with a score of 89.
•
Natalie Boyd (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mt. Lebanon) placed tied for 15th, registering a round of 93.
•
Sophia Chesner (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) and
Ella Zimmerman (St. Louis, Mo./Clayton) competed at individuals in the tournament. Chesner matched Boyd with a round of 93 while Zimmerman posted a score of 101 to finish 22nd.
THE INSIDE STORY
• The tournament victory was the third of the year for Gettysburg.
