THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg had eight different individuals score points to help finish second at its own Mason-Dixon Invitational. The Bullets amassed 57.33 points through the 11 scored events out of 19 scheduled for the day before storms forced the remainder of the meet to be cancelled.
THE LEADERS
•
Caden Giordano (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) won the triple jump to lead the Bullets, hitting a Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying distance of 12.80 meters. He was also third in the long jump with a conference-qualifying jump of 6.06 meters.
•
Jake Dressler (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) won the high jump, clearing a conference-qualifying height of 1.77 meters. He was also eighth in the pole vault with a personal-best mark of 2.95 meters.
FOR THE FOES:
• Messiah won the 11-team invitational with 78 points.
THE REST OF THE STORY

Jack Regentin (Gettysburg, Pa./Biglerville) was second in the shot put, hitting the CC standard with a toss of 13.06 meters. He was also 10th in the hammer throw with a CC-qualifying throw of 35.55 meters.

Eric Liedtka (Hopewell, N.J./Notre Dame) finished third in the 110 hurdles, hitting the CC standard with a time of 16.72 seconds.
•
Michael Sutera (Oak Ridge, N.J./Don Bosco Prep) cleared a conference-qualifying and personal-best height of 3.55 meters to place fifth in the pole vault. He wa also eighth in the long jump with a conference-qualifying jump of 3.55 meters.

Connor Elliott (Media, Pa./Salesianum School) crossed seventh in the 1,500 with a season-best, conference-qualifying time of 4:12.83.
•
Luke DeMato (Fairfield, Conn./Fairfield Warde) was seventh in both the long and triple jumps. His leap of 5.31 meters in the long jump hit the CC mark while his jump of 10.71 in the triple was a personal best.

Robby Cerra (Sparta, N.J./Sparta) cleared a conference-qualifying and personal-best height of 1.62 meters to place seventh in the high jump
THE INSIDE STORY
•
Arthur Keegan (Haddonfield, N.J./Haddonfield Memorial) was ninth in the 100, hitting the CC standard with a time of 11.90 seconds.
•
Christian Lezinski (Clarks Summit, Pa./Abington Heights) was 13th in the hammer with a toss of 29.41 meters. He also placed 18th in the shot put with a personal-best throw of 10.56 meters.
•
Aidan Martin (Middleburgh, N.Y./Middleburgh) was 28th in the 1,500m turning in a personal-best time of 5:12.66.
•
Nate Smith (Burke, Va./James W. Robinson) was 11th in the hammer with a throw of 32.05 meters.
•
Dominic DiLuzio (Chadds Ford, Pa./Garnet Valley) crossed 16th in the 1,500 with a time of 4:33.34.
•
Andrew Cappello (Medford, N.J./Shawnee) placed 17th in the hammer (24.48 meters) and 23rd in the shot put (9.59).
