Gettysburg had its final tune-up meet, competing at the 18th annual Paul Kaiser Classic hosted at Shippensburg.
THE LEADERS
•
Jack Regentin (Gettysburg, Pa./Biglerville) led the Bullets with a 13th-place finish in the shot put, hitting the CC standard with a toss of 13.26 meters. He also bettered his CC marks with personal-best throws in the discus (39.63 meters, 16th place) and javelin (44.11, 19th). He was also 29th in the hammer (32.50).

THE REST OF THE STORY
•
Michael Sutera (Oak Ridge, N.J./Don Bosco Prep) cleared a CC-qualifying height of 3.45 meters to place 13th in the pole vault. He was also 34th in the javelin with a personal-best throw of 27.93.

Caden Giordano (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) placed 13th in the triple jump (13.34 meters) and 16th in the long jump (6.41). Both jumps hit the conference standard.

Kyle Northrup (New Hope, Pa./New Hope-Solebury) was 14th in the 400 with time of 51.22 seconds and 27th in the 200 with a time of 23.35, hitting the CC mark in both events.

Jake Dressler (Nazareth, Pa./Nazareth Area) cleared a CC-qualifying height of 1.73 meters to place 14th in the high jump.
•
Eric Liedtka (Hopewell, N.J./Notre Dame) was 19th in the 400 hurdles with a CC-qualifying time of 1:00.02. He also hit the CC mark in the 110 hurdles, placing 22nd with a time of 16.46 seconds.
•
Connor Elliott (Media, Pa./Salesianum School) posted a pair of personal-best and conference-qualifying times in the 1,500 (4:08.20, 22nd place) and 800 (2:05.89, 46th).
•
Arthur Keegan (Haddonfield, N.J./Haddonfield Memorial) was 23rd in the 100 with a time of 11.63 seconds and 23rd in the 200 with a time of 23.48. Both hit the CC mark.

Andres Nunez-Castaneda (Morrisville, Pa./Notre Dame) crossed 400 with a CC-qualifying time of 52.62 seconds to place 29th overall.
•
Mick Lorenger (Alexandria, Va./Thomas Edison) finished 33rd in the 800 with a personal-best time of 2:02.44, bettering his CC time.

Luke DeMato (Fairfield, Conn./Fairfield Warde) finished 26th in the triple jump with a personal-best leap of 11.13 meters. He also placed 35th in the long jump with a CC-qualifying jump of 5.57 meters.
THE INSIDE STORY

Dominic DiLuzio (Chadds Ford, Pa./Garnet Valley) turned in a personal-best time of 17:05.26 in the 5,000 meters, placing 30th.

Aidan Martin (Middleburgh, N.Y./Middleburgh) was 39th in the 1,500 with a time of 5:02.39 and 69th in the 800 with a time of 2:33.31. Both were personal-best times.
•
Jamir Wesley (Philadelphia, Pa./Mastery Charter Shoemaker) turned in a pair of PRs, crossing 52nd in the 400 (59.71 seconds) and 67th in the 200 (26.24).
•
Joe Kressen (Ellicott City, Md./Marriotts Ridge) finished 28th in the javelin (37.95 meters).

Nate Smith (Burke, Va./James W. Robinson) placed 31st in the hammer (30.46 meters) and 39th in the discus (29.05).
•
Christian Lezinski (Clarks Summit, Pa./Abington Heights) was 35th in the hammer (29.36 meters) and 36th in the shot put (10.53).

Andrew Cappello (Medford, N.J./Shawnee) finished 36th in the discus (29.73 meters) and 49th in the shot put (8.90).
