Friday night's game marks the second meeting all-time between Gettysburg (0-1) and Rutgers-Camden (3-0) in a series that dates back to 1987. The Raptors won that only previous meeting 3-2 in a tournament at Mount St. Mary's. Saturday night's game will mark the first-ever meeting between Gettysburg and SUNY Brockport.

LAST TIME OUT: An 11-minute stretch of the first half yielded all of the offense the entire game would see with Sewanee bookended a Gettysburg goal for a 2-1 victory in the season opener for both teams on Saturday. Chase Sempervive scored the goal for the Bullets. Tyler Scott netted the game-winning goal in the 33rd minute for the Tigers. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

BACK UP TOP: The Bullets return three of their top five scorers from the 2022 squad. Gettysburg will need to replace the nine goals of all-conference performer Jack Carroll but Athi Msiza, who was the Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year, is back after a three-goal, five-assist season. Aidan Muller also returns after tallying five goals and two assists last season. Chase Sempervive, who scored the lone goal in the opener, had four goals and an assist a year ago.

LAST TIME OUT: Rutgers-Camden scored a goal early in the second half and went on to post a 1-0 non-conference win over Neumann on Tuesday. After being held scoreless through the first half, the Scarlet Raptors didn't waste any time breaking the deadlock after the break. Only 1:22 into the second half, freshman Allen Jarrin fired a shot into the low left side of the net for his second goal of the season. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT: The Scarlet Raptors have started 2023 with three straight victories. The defense has yet to allow an opponent to score this season, registering three straight shutouts. Sean Boen has made eight saves over those three victories, playing all 270 minutes in goal. The offense has spread the ball around as well with five different players contributing the seven goals. A pair of rookies - Allen Jarrin and Jason Angel - have two tallies each in their first three collegiate games.

LAST TIME OUT: SUNY Brockport played at Messiah on Friday night as part of its weekend trip to the area. On Wednesday, the Golden Eagles posted a 3-2 win over St. John Fisher on the road. Sean Lee, Russ Domm, and Evan Stevely all found the back of the net in the match for Brockport. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

SPREAD THE LOVE: The Golden Eagles enter the weekend with a 2-0-1 record, playing at No. 12 Messiah on Friday night. Brockport has had six different players score its six goals over the first three games. Russ Domm is the only of those six players who also has an assist on the year. The Golden Eagles have just two helpers on their six goals. Alex Rivera has the other assist but has not found the back of the net. He had zero goals and three assists as a freshman in 2022.
