Gettysburg College Athletics

Today's Centennial Conference (CC) game marks the 55th all-time meeting between Gettysburg (10-4, 3-3 CC) and Dickinson (4-9, 1-5 CC) in a series that dates back to 1954. The Bullets lead the all-time series 34-18-2 but the Garnet has won the last three meetings. The last Bullet victory was a 3-2 win in 2019.

WHEN LAST WE MET: Dickinson scored twice in the final two minutes of the first quarter and held on for a 3-1 victory over Gettysburg. Gaby Markunas scored the Bullets' lone goal. Abby Marthins was one of three different goal scorers for the Red Devils, breaking up the scoreless deadlock. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

LAST TIME OUT: Ursinus, ranked 17th, scored at least one goal in each quarter for a 5-0 win over Gettysburg on Saturday. Emilia Saccento made eight saves to lead the Bullets. Kirsten Johnson was one of three players for the Bears with a goal and an assist. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN: Bella Bonazinga has scored 12 goals this season. She has two multiple-goal games this season and is currently third in the conference in goals, one off the CC lead. She is one of just five conference players to score double-digit goals this season. Sophomore Jillian Somers and freshman Sabrina Post have combined for another 12 tallies this season, entering play today with six goals each.

LAST TIME OUT: Dickinson collected a late fourth quarter goal from Maggie Carson to even things at 1-all. However, less than a minute later, host Washington found the game-winner for a 2-1 Centennial Conference win on Saturday. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

ONE IS A LUCKY NUMBER: Dickinson enters the final two weeks of the regular season with just a 1-5 mark in conference play. The Red Devils have scored in all but CC contest but have only come away with a win when limiting their opponent to a single goal. Dickinson allowed three or more goals in each of the first three conference games, falling to 0-3 out of the gate. After a 5-1 win over McDaniel on Oct. 9, the Red Devils have allowed two goals in each of the last two outings - dropping a 2-0 decision to Bryn Mawr and 2-1 game at Washington.
