THE SKINNY STORY
In a field that featured 13 teams in the top 40 of the initial Division III rankings published by Clippd, Gettysburg placed 10th. The Bullets posted an opening-round score of 315 before carding a round of 310 over the second round to finish with a two-day score of 625.
THE LEADERS
•
Daniel Suter (Gaithersburg, Md./Milton Academy) led the Bullets as the only player in the field with a score under par for the 36 holes, carding a one-under par 141 to win the individual title. After an even-par 71 on Monday, he carded a round of under-under par 70 on Tuesday.
FOR THE FOES
• Methodist, ranked third, won the 21-team tournament with a two-day score of 584 (294-290), edging No. 6 Sewanee by five strokes.
THE REST OF THE STORY
•
Daniel Casanta (Southbury, Conn./Pomperaug) finished 52nd with a score of 158, carding matching rounds of 79 over each day.

Will Chouinard (Hamilton, N.Y./Hamilton) was tied for 66th in the field with a score of 161, posting a round of 80 over the first 18 and 81 over the second 18.

Myles Cunningham (Winnetka, Ill./New Tier) placed 90th with a two-day score of 165. He improved on his first-round score of 85 with a round of 80 on Tuesday.

Redmond Podkowa (Marion, Mass./Bishop Stang) rounded out the Gettysburg competitors in 105th place. He finished with a score of 179 (87-91).
THE INSIDE STORY

Daniel Suter won his third straight tournament this fall. It was the fourth time in five events that a Bullet won the individual crown.
