Gettysburg competed against Johns Hopkins at the Blue Jay Invitational as the last event before Centennial Conference Championships.

THE LEADERS

Max McAlister (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy) won the 50 freestyle with a swim of 21.89.
•
Charter Sasseville (North Yarmouth, Maine/Greely) won the 200 backstroke (1:55.75).

THE REST OF THE STORY
• The 200 Freestyle Relay of Sasseville,
Rudy Rudatsikira (Kampala, Central, Uganda/Georgetown Prep [Md.]),
Erik Floren Smith (Kennett Square, Pa./Kennett), and
Alex McDonnell (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) placed second with a swim of 1:28.29.Â

Joe Curry (Phillipsburg, N.J./Phillipsburg) was second in the 500 freestyle at 4:48.34.
•
Charlie Kiddoo (Avon, Colo./Battle Mountain) placed third in the 200 IM (1:57.18). He also took second in the 400 IM (4:17.80).
• Rudatsikira was third in the 50 freestyle with a swim of 22.54 and in the 100 butterfly with a time of 53.57.
• Sasseville placed third in the 100 backstroke (53.35).
