OPENING FACEOFF: Today's non-conference game marks the 11th all-time meeting between No. 6 Gettysburg (1-1) and No. 17 Stevenson (2-1) in a series that dates back to 2008. The Bullets lead the all-time series 7-3 and have won five straight in the series. The last Mustang victory was by an 11-6 in 2017.

WHEN LAST WE MET: Gettysburg rallied from an early 5-1 deficit to defeat Stevenson 14-12 in a back-and-forth affair on Mar. 4 last season. Kyle Howard led the Bullets with three goals and two assists. Andy Marquet paced the defense with three caused turnovers and two ground balls. Jack Scaliti led the Mustangs with three goals. LAST TIME OUT: Salisbury, ranked No. 1, used a 6-0 run that spanned the second and third quarter to turn a tie game into an 11-5 lead and defeat No. 6 Gettysburg 14-8 on Saturday. Charlie Johnson led the Bullets with two goals and an assist. Jude Brown and Brice Bromwell led the Sea Gulls with five points each, tallying four goals and one assist apiece. NO. 6 WITH A BULLET: After a season-opening win to break the tie for eighth in polls with Lynchburg, Gettysburg vaulted to sixth. The Bullets remained in that spot after its trip to the Eastern Shore against top-ranked Salisbury.

BALANCE UP TOP: Gettysburg has scored 23 goals over the first two games but does not have a player with more than four tallies on the year. Ethan Kessler and Quinton Mather have four goals each through the first two contests. Five other players have either two or three goals. Patrick Maroney and Stokes Myers have three goals each while Jack Dunleavy, who leads the team with three assists, has a pair of tallies as do Charlie Johnson and Will Hedley.

LAST TIME OUT: Stevenson traveled Catholic and dominate from the first quarter on to notch its second win of the season 18-12 on Wednesday. (Full Recap) (Box Score)

MAXING OUT: Max Racich is averaging three goals per game through the early going. The sophomore currently leads the team in scoring with nine goals and five assists. He registered a three-goal, four-assist outing against the Cardinals on Wednesday. Grant Zick has chipped in seven goals after finding the back of the net five times on Wednesday. He also has four helpers to also already reach double figures in points with 11. In total, 12 different Mustangs have contributed to the 42 goals over the first three games.
