THE SKINNY STORY
Kenyon started the game with a four-run inning and added two two-run innings for a 9-0 shutout.

THE LEADERS
• Jack Pistner (Ellicott City, Md./Centennial) went 2-of-3 with a double.
 
FOR THE FOES
• Drew Robinson went 4-of-4 with two runs, two RBIs, one double, and three stolen bases.
 
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Kenyon racked up four straight hits and four runs to start the game. A single, wild pitch, and double plated the first two Owls runs, and two more hits and a wild pitch made it a 3-0 game. A Gettysburg throwing error made it 4-0 after one half inning. In the bottom, David Preziuso (Selbyville, Del./Caravel Academy) stole two bases but the Bullets left him behind without scoring any.
• After four scoreless innings, Drew Robinson drew a walk and stole second before coming home on an RBI groundout. Another walk made it a 6-0 Owls lead after the top of the fifth.
• In the top of the seventh, Kenyon scored their seventh run on a two-out single. A stolen base and throw allowed the second run of the inning to come in. The top of the eighth saw the score reach 9-0 on a Gettysburg fielding error. The Bullets loaded the bases in the bottom of the inning but couldn't break up the shutout.
 
THE INSIDE STORY
• Kenyon racked up 15 hits to Gettysburg's four.
• Preziuso stole two bases and had one hit.
