• Dallin Chappell had to make seven saves for the Knights.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Gettysburg played the final 55 minutes of the game a player down after a red card was issued in the 35th minute. Southern Virginia had a trio of shots in the final seven minutes but it was the Bullets with the final look.
Aidan Gaynor (Parsippany, N.J./Pingry School) had his shot saved with just under 2:30 to play.
