Swarthmore scored twice in the second half before Gettysburg responded with one but couldn't find the equalizer in a 2-1 Garnet victory.

Aidan Muller (Cape Town, South Africa/Putman Science Academy) scored the lone goal for the Bullets.
FOR THE FOES
• Len Yamabe scored the game-winning goal for the Garnet.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Toshiro Kenney found Tejas Sarna on the break and the senior found the back of the net for a 1-0 lead in the 54th minute. About a minute later, weather forced the teams from the field for more than an hour. The Garnet found the back of the net for a second time in the 72nd minute when Len Yamabe fired from long range. Just about eight minutes later,
Aidan Gaynor (Parsippany, N.J./Pingry School) played the ball to
Aidan Muller (New Egypt, N.J./New Egypt), who finished in the back of the net to cut the deficit in half. Gettysburg, however, hit four pipes down the stretch and couldn't find the equalizer.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg finished with a 15-9 advantage, including 10-6 in the second half. Swarthmore had a 5-4 edge in corner kicks.
