THE REST OF THE STORY
• After a scoreless first half, Magdelana Jordan found Annika Hoyer just over five minutes into the third period to get Swarthmore on the board. Hoyer then connected with Liza Semenenko just 3:15 into the fourth quarter for an insurance goal.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Swarthmore finished with a 6-4 edge in shots while Gettysburg had a 5-3 edge in penalty corners.
