THE LEADERS
•
Tyler Lizell (Upper Dublin, Pa./Upper Dublin) pitched the final four innings for the Bullets, recording five strikeouts to pick up the win out of the bullpen.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• Drew Hurst led off the bottom of the fourth with a single down the line before Evan Wagaman went deep to left-center, staking Messiah to a 2-0 lead.
• In the top of the fifth,
Brendan Laqui (Randolph, N.J./Randolph) led off the top of the fifth with a double to the fence in center.
Robert Murphy (Berkeley Heights, N.J./Gov. Livingston) beat out a bunt to put two runners on. A
Jack Burke (Montclair, N.J./Montclair) single back up the middle loaded the bases for
Jack Pistner (Ellicott City, Md./Centennial), who poked a single through the right side to make it 2-1 with no outs. The Falcons got a groundball, trading the tying run for two outs.
• In the top of the eighth,
Michael Fischetti (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) singled to open the inning before giving way to pinch-runner
David Ruckman (Collegeville, Pa./Spring-Ford). Pinch-hitter
Adam Hicks (Edgewater, Md./Good Counsel) dropped down a sacrifice before a two-out error plated Ruckman for a 3-2 lead.
• The bottom of the inning was a repeat of the fourth. Hurst led off with a single before Wagaman went yard for the second time to take a 4-3 lead.
• Burke walked to start the ninth before stealing second with one out and was able to score from second on a
Will Stellato double down the line to tie the game once again.
• With two outs in the 11th, Stellato ripped his second double in as many at bats. He then stole third and scored when the throw went into left field for the 5-4 lead.
•
Tyler Lizell closed out a career-high four-inning, working around a one-out error to secure the win.
