Gettysburg scored 67 points tying for fifth with Penn State Track & Field Club at Messiah Invitational.
THE LEADERS
- Jack Regentin (Gettysburg, Pa., Biglerville) led the Bullets with two first place finishes in shot put and discus. He had Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying throws for both events; 14.44 meters in shot put and 44.97 meters in discus. He also came in 19th in hammer with a CC-qualifying throw of 38.42 meters.
- Tyler Trout (Chester Springs, Pa., Owen J. Roberts) finished first in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 56.95 seconds. He also placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles prelims with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 15.69 seconds qualifying for the finals. In the finals he finished fifth with another CC-qualifying time of 15.80 seconds.
- Mark Overlander (Marietta, Pa., Donegal) placed fourth in the pole vault with a season-best and CC-qualifying vault of 4.32 meters which ties for sixth in program history.
- Eli Steel (York, Pa., York Country Day School) finished second in the long jump with a season-best and CC-qualifying leap of 6.60 meters. He also finished third in the triple jump with a CC-qualifying jump of 13.19 meters.

THE REST OF THE STORY
- Pat Zoccolillo (New Canaan, Conn., New Canaan) finished 22nd in the 400 with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 54.03 seconds. He also competed in the 200 finishing 36th with a season-best time of 23.97 seconds.
- Kyle Northrup (New Hope, Pa., New Hope-Solebury) placed 30th in the 200 with a season-best and CC-qualifying time of 23.62 seconds. He also finished 14th in the 400 with a CC-qualifying time of 52.25 seconds.
- Dom Roussos (West Hartford, Conn., Hall) finished third in javelin with a CC-qualifying toss of 53.17 meters.
- Liam O'Meara (Ridgewood, N.J., Ridgewood) came in sixth in the pole vault with a CC-qualifying height of 4.17 meters.
- Andres Nunez-Castaneda (Morrisville, Pa., Notre Dame) placed seventh in the 400 with a CC-qualifying time of 50.78 seconds.
- Jeremy Cruz (Westfield, N.J., Westfield) competed in javelin finishing 17th with a CC-qualifying throw of 42.25 meters.
- Gianluca LeBlanc (Pipersville, Pa., Palisades) competed in the 100 meter prelims finishing 23rd with a CC-qualifying time of 11.71 seconds however, he did not start in the finals. He also placed 27th in the 200 with a CC-qualifying time of 23.55 seconds.
- Mick Lorenger (Alexandria, Va., Thomas Edison) finished sixth in the 1500 with a season-best 4:11.55.
- Maddon McNicholas (Morgantown, Pa., Twin Valley) placed 12th in the 1500 with a season-best time of 4:13.39. He also came in 35th in the 800 with a season-best time of 2:10.10
- Matthew Kurek (Collegeville, Pa., La Salle College) came in 18th in the 5000 with a season-best time of 17:48.86.
- Rouri Takahashi competed in the 400 finishing 25th with a season-best time of 54.48 seconds.
- Austin Hudak (Boonton Twp., N.J., Mountain Lakes) placed 33rd in the 800 with a season-best time of 2:08.86. He also finished 26th in the 1500 with a time of 4:21.44.
- Dominic DiLuzio (Chadds Ford, Pa., Garnet Valley) finished 37th in the 1500 with a season-best time of 4:27.16. He also came in 56th in the 800 with a season-best time of 2:14.60.
- Matthew Wagner (Downingtown, Pa., Downingtown STEM Academy) placed 45th in the 1500 with a season-best time of 4:30.71. A few seconds behind him was Colin Carpenter (Ridgefield, Conn., Wooster School) in 50th with a season-best time of 4:32.93. Both Carpenter and Wagner also competed in the 800 with season-best times finishing 65th (2:19.27) and 74th (2:29.83) respectively.
- Andrew Ersin (Wynnewood, Pa., Lower Merion) came in 55th in the 1500 with a season-best time of 4:36.61. He also finished 66th in the 800 with a season-best time of 2:19.83.
THE INSIDE STORY
- Andrew Oshetski (Freeport, Maine, Freeport) placed 33rd in shot put with a toss of 11.16 meters. He also came in 43rd in discus with a 27.65 meter throw.
- Isaac Parks-Gill (Lewistown, Pa., Mifflin County) came in 40th in the 800 with a time of 2:10.59.
