Gettysburg scored twice in 98 seconds to take a 2-0 lead in the first seven minutes of the game, defeating Randolph-Macon 2-0 in the team's home opener.

Kylee Gust (Bala Cynwyd, Pa./Lower Marion) scored her first goal of the season to open the scoring.
FOR THE FOES
• Briton Warham posted a second-half shutout for the Yellow Jackets with a pair of saves.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• In the fifth minute, the Randolph-Macon keeper tried to play the ball across the field about 25 yards from her goal.
Kylee Gust, however, stepped in front and took the pass away and then slid the ball onto a wide-open goal for a 1-0 lead at the 4:55 mark. Just over a minute later, Gettysburg fired a long shot in from the right wing that
Jane Daiutolo (Wayne, Pa./Radnor) put back but her first attempt was saved again. She got another try and finished for the second of the year.
THE INSIDE STORY
• Gettysburg finished with a 15-12 edge in shots and 5-1 advantage in corner kicks.
