Gettysburg had three individual players place in the top five and the team finished second at the McDaniel Fall Invitational. The Bullets opened the season with a round of 346.
THE LEADERS

Lucy Barton (Tilghman, Md./Blair Academy [N.J.]) was second in the field of 33 golfers with a round of 83.
FOR THE FOES
• Stevenson won the team title by one stroke, posting a team round of 345 behind individual medalist Sydni Sundstorm and her round of 81.
THE REST OF THE STORY
•
Chloe Barton (Tilghman, Md./Blair Academy [N.J.]) finished her round with a birdie to card a score of 84 and finish third.

Claire Mamlouk (Arlington, Mass./Arlington) made her collegiate debut with a 10th-place finish, posting a round of 89.
•
Nikki Hall (Trumbull, Conn./Trumbull) was 12th in the field with a score of 90.
•
Mackenzie Buerk (Hummelstown, Pa./Hershey) also made her collegiate debut for Gettysburg, placing 17th with a round of 93.
THE INSIDE STORY
•
Natalie Boyd (Pittsburgh, Pa./Mt. Lebanon) finished fifth overall, playing as an individual and turning in a round of 86.
•
Caitlin Mullen (Rockville Centre, N.Y./South Side) and
Abby McMonagle (Troutdale, Ore./Central Catholic) also competed as individuals. Mullen was ninth with a score of 88 while McMonagle carded a round of 92 to place 14th.
