THE SKINNY STORY
Gettysburg opened the 2026 half of their season with the Coach I Open hosted by Franklin & Marshall.

THE LEADERS
  • Carys Cook (Hendersonville, Tenn., Lauralton Hall (Texas)) led the Bullets placing second in the 5,000 with a Centennial Conference (CC)-qualifying and season-best time of 18:55.39.
  • Anna Hendrickson (Sykesville, Md., Marriotts Ridge) followed behind placing fourth in the 5,000 with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 19:16.12.
FOR THE FOES
  • It was a non-scoring meet.
THE REST OF THE STORY
  • Camryn Rogers (Pittsburgh, Pa., Plum) placed fifth in the 400 with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 1:03.12.
  • Sarah Smith (West Chester, Pa., Unionville) finished sixth in the 5,000 with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 19:32.10.
  • Bella Yardeni (Port Washington, N.Y., Paul D. Schreiber) came in ninth in the 400 with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 1:05.52.
  • Jenna Weylman (Walpole, Mass., Walpole) competed in the 200 finishing 16th with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 28.01 seconds. She added another CC-qualifying and season-best time of 8.33 seconds in the 60 meter prelims placing 19th however, she did not start in the finals.
  • Lillian Boudreau (Adams, Mass., Hoosac Valley) placed 21st in the 200 with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 28.23 seconds. She also came in 29th in the 60 meter prelims with a CC-qualifying and season-best time of 8.50 seconds however, she did not start in the finals.
  • Bethany Rolley (Huntingdon, Pa., Huntingdon Area) finished fourth in pole vault with a CC-qualifying height of 3.03 meters.
  • Lillian Judge (Beverly, Mass., Beverly) came in fifth in high jump with a CC-qualifying leap of 1.50 meters. She also finished 23rd in the 60-meter hurdles prelims with a CC-qualifying time of 10.80 seconds however, she did not start in the finals.
  • Emma Marden (Dover, Mass., Dover-Sherborn Regional) competed in the triple jump finishing 13th with a CC-qualifying distance of 9.58 meters. She also finished 43rd in the 60 meter prelims with a CC-qualifying time of 8.63 seconds however, she did not start in the finals.
  • Georgia Mercer (Elkton, Md., Rising Sun) placed 18th in long jump with a CC-qualifying leap of 4.67 meters. She also competed in high jump placing 27th with a height of 1.3 meters and the 60-meter hurdles prelims finishing 35th with a time of 11.42 seconds.
  • Sarah Molloy (Enola, Pa., Covenant Christian Academy) finished 21st in high jump with a CC-qualifying leap of 1.35 meters.
  • Kailey Schissler (Pasadena, Md., Chesapeake) came in 24th in high jump with a CC-qualifying jump of 1.35 meters. She also placed 42nd in the 60 meter prelims with a CC-qualifying time of 8.65 seconds however, she did not start in the finals.
THE INSIDE STORY
  • Abbey Woodcome (Hudson, Mass., Hudson) competed in the 3,000 finishing sixth with a season-best time of 11:16.09.
  • Cassidy Gorham (Chicago, Ill., Lake Forest) placed 14th in the mile with a season-best time of 5:46.50.
  • Theresa Ditri (Huntingdon Valley, Pa., William Tennent) finished 20th in the 400 with a season-best time of 1:08.59.
  • Ava Romano (Middletown, N.J., Middletown South) came in 21st in the mile with a season-best time of 5:55.15.
  • Lea Del Grippo (Cinnaminson, N.J., Cinnaminson) competed in weight throw with a personal-best toss of 8.64 meters to finish 28th. She also came in 21st in shot put with a distance of 9.24 meters.
  • The quartet of Judge, Rogers, Ditri and Yardeni placed eighth in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:22.77. Following behind was Hoover, Lessard, Romano and Woodcome who combined to place 10th with a time of 4:34.65.
  • Jess McLaughlin (Wilton, Conn., Wilton) finished 14th in the 5,000 with a time of 20:56.59.
  • Weylman, Schissler, Roberto and Marden combined to come in 15th in the 4x400 relay.
  • Megan McArthur (Hillsborough, N.J., Hillsborough) competed in the 5,000 with a time of 21:42.51to place 17th.  
NEXT UP
Gettysburg continues their season on January 31st at the Alvernia PLEX Shootout in Reading, Pa. Events begin at 9:30 am.
